Ministry Goals Print E-mail

The 2020 Vision of Mission Catalyst is to help finish The Great Commission in this generation by training tens of thousands of indigenous pastors, church planters and cross-cultural missionaries for ministry among the world’s least-reached peoples and by motivating and facilitating the planting of hundreds of thousands of new house churches in the 10/40 Window.

One of our primary goals is to help catalyze the exploding missionary movement of the Two-Thirds World by helping the Church there to focus more clearly on effective church planting among the world’s least-reached peoples.

Our specific goals include the following, all of which are to be accomplished by 2020 A.D.:

  • To help finish The Great Commission by equipping and mobilizing 180,000 national church-planters in the 10/40 Window for ministry among the world’s least-reached peoples.
  • To help finish The Great Commission by equipping and mobilizing 10,000 national cross-cultural missionaries in the 10/40 Window for ministry among Unreached Peoples in their countries. (The countries of India, Pakistan, China, Nepal, and Bangladesh are primary target countries because of the large numbers of Unreached Peoples which reside there.)
  • To help finish The Great Commission by motivating and facilitating the planting of 1,000,000 new churches in the 10/40 Window.
  • To help finish The Great Commission by distributing 10,000 copies of the book World Impacting Churches in each of 20 major languages spoken in the 10/40 Window.
  • To help finish The Great Commission by training and mobilizing 10,000 key pastors in the 10/40 Window, through our Pastoral Training Ministry, with the necessary understanding and leadership skills to transform their churches into viable "Great Commission Churches" which will focus on the completion the Great Commission in this generation.
