James Eby

Founder/Executive Director

Jim has been in full-time ministry for more than 50 years. The world’s Unreached Peoples got into his heart when he served as Director of the Centre for International Christian Ministries in London, U.K. Here they were training indigenous leaders from Africa, Asia, and Latin America in leadership, theology, strategy planning, and targeting the world’s unreached millions. While serving as Bishop/Overseer for more than 100 churches in the south-central USA, Jim finished a master’s degree at Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City. During that training, one of his professors from Fuller Seminary in California challenged Jim to launch out by faith, to “go for broke” – to do whatever was in his heart, even if he did not have sufficient money. In response to what he considers a divine call from God, Jim then wrote out a strategy for the formation of an organization that would become known as Mission Catalyst International and would help complete The Great Commission in this generation by training thousands of indigenous leaders in the 10/40 Window to reach those who had never heard.
